Sweet moments, super fun bridal party, some unexpected weather, a few dirty jokes, and LOTS and lots of dancing!
For the sweet moments: Marissa got ready at her parents house, friends, family, and all of her maids around her. She was a jumble of jittery nerves and giddy excitement as was her crew, except mom who was serene calm with a hint of loving tears.
Super fun bridal party: Marissa’s maids were up for anything and kept her laughing all day. The guys were nuts, hilariously so. Full of jokes and embarrassing anecdotes about Paul, they kept me entertained while they entertained my whims for pose after pose after pose (kidding here, they came up with every pose themselve, I just rolled with the puches!).
Unexpected weather: In French they say: “It’s raining ropes” and this was the first time I’ve ever actually seen ropes of rain, the very instant that the ceremony ended! But a little rain didn’t dampen this couple’s spirits at all. I love that! And I LOVE shooting in the rain. Its just my kinda creative challenge!
Dirty jokes: You know who you are. All of you.
