SO I went to the Antiques Show at Venus De Milo this morning because I’m an antiques addict (the first step is admitting you have a problem. I’m willing to do so here, but hopefully my husband will miss this post…)

Check out my find. Sweet little hundred-year-old purse:

Then I opened it up and low and behold:

It has a picture of it’s former owner’s fella! How dapper is this dude?

I just love a personal object with a story. Were they clandestine lovers? Childhood sweethearts?

I like the scandalous version, that they were having a secret affair and this is where she kept him hidden in plain sight!

Kelly + Dave get married at Independence Harbor! (by Jen)

How aDoRaBlE are Kelly and Dave. We shot Dave’s brother Mike and his beautiful wife Nair’s wedding at Glen Manor a few years ago so it was a super pleasure to see everyone again. These two got the most beautiful day, probably, on record. The sun started to set as the ceremony began giving them a fabulous golden backdrop to their outdoor ceremony. Their friends and family laughed the entire day, seriously, laughed and laughed and laughed having a great time. And man did they party, hardy. ; )

So happy for you guys! <3
