This was such a fabulous wedding with an adorable couple and their awesome friends and family. We laughed literally all day it was so much fun! My favorite parts of the day? First, the yummy ice cream truck that awaited guests right outside of the church after the ceremony. I think the Ninja Turtle Power pop on a stick was the most popular pick! Isn’t that such a great idea?! Second, their first dance. I made the couple a slideshow of pictures set to music and motion from their lives together (for the past 12 years – woah!) and they played it on a big screen as a backdrop to their first dance! I loved that idea. All of the guests got up and watched from the sidelines of the dancefloor and the whole moment felt really special. Good planning guys, good planning ; )
Here are a few shots… btw, this bride has the smoothest skin ever… I’m totally jelous!
So Diane, Will and I took over downtown Providence for their engagement shoot. It was such a beautiful day and this awesome couple was up for all kinds of poses! They have been together for 12, yes, 12 years. 12 years! That includes all of high school and beyond! So ADORABLE!
I made them a “Story of Us” slideshow for their wedding reception which had pictures of them from way back, through the teen years, four proms, college, vacations, hilarious halloween costumes, and good times goofing around together. It was so much fun to see them grow together. Anyways, the slideshow played in the background during their first dance at their wedding last weekend. Not to brag, but it was a big hit! ; )
So here are my fav’s…
Jess and Nathan were married in beautiful winter-chic style (and we all know what a soft spot I have for winter weddings)! Everything and everyone was elegantly clad in white, silver and ice blue. LOVE it! Jess and Nathan’s love is infectious and you can’t help but feel giddy around them. Steph, Kendall and I laughed and partied all day long with this special couple, their families and their bridal party. Victor from Party Time DJ kept the dance floor full all night – the crowd had a blast. My favorite part was when Nathan sang a special song to Jessica – it was so sweet and he is incredibly talented!
There were so many special and unforgettable moments, I only hope we did them justice.
