Mary & Richard’s Gorgeous Belle Mer Wedding! (by Kendall)

Their matching MG cars in the parking lot of the Bonnet Shores Beach Club drew them together. The perfect combo of their caring, wonderful and creative personalities is what made it stick.

On a rainy Sunday, Richard and Mary, covered by umbrellas and not even noticing the rain, only had eyes for each other and the loving marriage they were about to begin.

After a touching ceremony at Our Lady of Mercy Chapel on the Salve Regina Campus in Newport, we went over to Belle Mer for an action packed night. Mary had her hand in designing just about every beautiful detail of the night, from the cake, to the handmade seating cards to the phenomenal centerpieces. She is so creative! Eight to the Bar had them dancing alllll night long and even had Richard and his son Christopher join in for a few songs on the drums and bass – they were AWESOME!!

Not even a crazy rainstorm could keep these two from throwing the happiest and most beautiful wedding ever!

Congrats guys and here’s to many many happy years!

Connie & Rob’s Belle Mer Wedding!

This wedding was too fabulous. Connie and Rob had every fun element one can add to their wedding and basically created the most fantastic party ever! Including, of course, our Photo Station!

The wedding was expertly coordinated by Tara Vaccaro-Gundmundsen, who lemmie tell you, is the BEST wedding planner alive! Bar none. AND, she also does makeup! Nik and the Nice Guys Band kept people dancing all night – the energy on that dance floor was incredible!

Allison & Yuri’s Belle Mer Wedding

Here are some shots from Allison & Yuri’s incredibly elegant Belle Mer wedding. The couple got ready at the Hyatt on Goat Island, then held their ceremony on the lawn of the Island House followed by a cocktail hour with more food and variety than you can imagine! The guests then headed over to the Salon for the reception against the most breathtaking sunset. The florals by Stoneblossom were incredible and complimented the Salon perfectly.

I love fall weddings.

This one in particular.

The weekend threatened rain, but it never actually came. Instead, dramatic storm clouds provided a matchless backdrop for the portraits. I only get one of these days per year, if I’m lucky. Not only did I get my clouds, I got a sailboat with tall masts that were lit right off the shore. Score. Major score.

Jill looked stunning. Much like I would imagine Barbie’s hotter sister would look in a wedding gown. I couldn’t set up the shots quickly enough. She and Brad kept me inspired all day. Luckily for me, Jill had the patience to stand out in the cold, up on the sea wall, with the wind whipping off the ocean while Kendall and I created different portraits, moving around flashes and pocket wizards to get all the different looks we could come up with. My kudos to you girl!

The guests had a fabulous time and didn’t leave the dance floor ALL night, literally. They had an incredible energy that would be the envy of any NYC nightclub! It truly was a great time.
