So of course everyone I know that is married had the wedding of their dreams. However, one thing that I’ve found is that as much as they may have enjoyed their wedding days, there are always one or two inevitable details that nag long after the bouquet is dried in the closet, and the best man has lived down splitting his tux pants on the dance floor trying to be Kevin Bacon in Footloose. Just one or two tinsey, weensy things that couples would have done differently had they known. I feel like I’ve had a lot of conversations about this lately so I’m asking for feedback. New brides and grooms: think of this as a Public Service Announcement.
So for the benefit of all those new bridies out there, let’s have it couples… what would you have done differently?
Fill in the blank: ”I loved my wedding, but if I could change one thing it would be________”

I would have spent more on photography! lol!
I would have been more careful about creating an entertaining reception. I focused a lot on decor details and not enough on the reception hours.
I would have shopped a little more for my dress.
I would have spent more time with my husband during the reception. I felt like we were always getting pulled in different directions: “Come say hi to this one”, “So and so is leaving”, “I’m buying you a drink!” that we barely got to dance together…Besides that, I wouldn’t change a thing!
I would take more time, not rush it too quickly and saved more money
